2. Data we collect

When you submit a contact or quotation request, we may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, country, project details, technical requirements and any files you choose to attach, such as drawings or specifications.

Technical data required for the operation and security of the website may also be processed, including IP address, browser information, date and time of access and server logs.

• Responding to enquiries and quotation requests: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Managing commercial follow-up and customer relationships: performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in developing our business.

4. Mandatory and optional information

Data is intended for authorised Massilia International personnel and, where necessary, selected technical partners or service providers involved in assessing your request. They receive only the information required for their role and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Technical drawings, specifications and project information are treated as confidential business information.

6. International transfers

Depending on the technical solution requested, information may be shared with selected partners located outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, Massilia International applies appropriate safeguards required by applicable data-protection law and limits the information transferred to what is strictly necessary.

7. Retention periods

Unsuccessful quotation requests and related exchanges are retained for up to six months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Data linked to an active customer relationship is retained for the duration of that relationship and then archived for the periods required by law.

Files uploaded through the quotation form are sent by email to Massilia International and removed from the website server after transmission.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also provide instructions regarding your data after death under French law.
