Beyond technical expertise, our know-how is based on a proven 6-step methodology that guarantees the success of the purchase project.

1°) Development of the Specification Sheet
The specification sheet is a document that allows the purchase project to be launched. It is established with you and includes the following elements in particular:

  • Characteristics of the product or part to be manufactured
  • Applicable regulations (CE marking, NF standards, etc.)
  • Volume and frequency of supply
  • Delivery deadlines

We first try to select a supplier from our group, then expand our search if necessary.
The suppliers will then be consulted and will provide us with a first quote for the purchase project:

Our teams then establish the complete proposal, integrating logistics and customs costs.

2°) Supplier Research
Based on the specification sheet, our teams search for suppliers most likely to meet the different requirements:

  • Quality
  • Responsiveness
  • Competitiveness
  • Solvency
3°) Supplier Selection
Based on the previous step, we will establish with you a preselection of suppliers whose offer best meets your needs. In the case of a sourcing project, we also order samples for approval.

These samples will then serve as a basis for quality control.

We will then confirm your choice, possibly by visiting the factory and checking the supplier’s solvency.

After this step and with your agreement, we move on to the production phase.

4°) Manufacturing
The production phase is monitored by one of our agencies in China.

  • In the context of a manufactured product project, our local team will ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and conformity of the product to the technical specifications (materials, components, functions, etc.) and to the samples previously received.
  • With a custom product, this step is more complex. Thus, we decide together on a procedure by specifying your involvement (especially for validation steps, such as for the initial sampling phase).
5°) Quality Control
Quality control is a continuous phase that begins with production and ends with loading of the goods. The entire quality control phase is carried out by our teams in GUANGZHOU and NINGBO. Depending on the type of production, different levels of control will take place during production.

Certificates (material certificates in particular, but also RoHS, CE conformity, etc.) will be required from the supplier.

Finally, a pre-loading inspection will take place, which will ultimately guarantee the conformity of the goods.

Based on this final verification, we will prepare a file that will be given to you to validate the products.

6°) Transport and Delivery
This is the last step: delivery to your premises.Depending on your requirements and in order to save costs, we prioritize air or sea transport to transport goods from China.
